That’s why we’ve taken part in The Push-Up Challenge—Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event. Each year, participants complete a set number of push-ups to represent the number of lives lost to suicide in the most recent year of data. Alongside the physical challenge, daily mental health facts are shared to help educate and start important conversations.
By taking part, we aim to raise awareness, encourage team wellbeing, and contribute funds to leading mental health charities. Through collective action and small steps, we believe we can help break down stigma and build stronger, more supportive communities across the country.
